Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a refrigerator from them and would have to constantly call to get any sort of update or information on when to expect delivery. The appliances are nice but the headache is not worth it.

Worst customer service we have experienced. Have rescheduled our washer and dryer multiple times. Waited a week for service. Finally got the washer and dryer and the washer was broken. Now they told us that it would be fixed today in the morning, and we received an email later in the day stating that they can’t fix the mechanical issue until next week. Customer service was not helpful at all. When asking for a manager they put on us on hold until we eventually had to hang up. The issue is they have way to many orders and not enough workers to complete orders that are promised for that day.

Needed a new dishwasher washer, The super stores were trying the old bait and switch trick. While driving home on RT 61 not 10 minuites later and saw this company on RT 61 so I gave them a call. Spoke with Eric told him what I wanted he had it in stock at same price of super stores didn't need to ask to match. He took my info said it would be delivered and installed in 2 days on Thursday the 13th and it was. Great sales team, products, pricing and a very professional installer. Cleaned up and disposed of everything. Thanks for everything couldn't of waited 4 weeks for install. I will use them for all my appliance needs.

Yesterday our Home Depot LG frig went out after only four years. Turnaround for a new one was 6 days. Once again we were rescued by Wholesale Appliance Center in West Ashley. They were able to deliver and install a higher quality Frigidaire this morning and the cost was less than either of the big box stores. This is the third appliance we have purchased there and they have never dissapointed. Our sales lady Theresa was helpful, full of cheer and good humor. Save yourself time and money and buy a better quality product at Wholesale Appliance.
