We were without our washing machine for over a week. I was so happy when Herve called and asked if it would be convenient to come today. Yes!! Our appointment was for tomorrow. Herve is such a gentleman and over the top knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to meet him. He fixed our machine and answered all my questions. The service at Wickford Appliance is fantastic!!!
