Went to Wickford Appliance after a terrible experience at Home Depot. The sales person at the store was very pleasant and helpful. He made sure that we would be taken care of appropriately. We had an old dishwasher that needed new plumbing fixtures. The installer was very professional and kind. He made sure to inform us of everything he was doing and easily removed and install our the appliances. Thank you for a wonderful and helpful experience.

We were without our washing machine for over a week. I was so happy when Herve called and asked if it would be convenient to come today. Yes!! Our appointment was for tomorrow. Herve is such a gentleman and over the top knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to meet him. He fixed our machine and answered all my questions. The service at Wickford Appliance is fantastic!!! We have bought many appliances and they never disappoint.
