I ordered a dishwasher 5 weeks ago was told maybe a week or so. Still don't have it, I finally called them last week and was told oh we will call u back. Nothing so I called again and they were rude as could be. Finally they were coming today and was told oh it damaged. Not one time did offer any type of discount or anything. So your talking almost 7 weeks now. Unbelievable. People stay away rude and definitely not customer friendly its all an act to get you in the door

Needed a new dryer, and Aurels was awesome! I first ordered a GE, but when it arrived, the delivery guys noted it was scratched and immediately told me that I needed another dryer. Chris checked my vent, and said I needed to order a dryer with less depth and gave me suggestions; he even called back to the office to let them know. Went back to the show room, Colleen quickly set me up with a different dryer, which was delivered with a week and fits perfectly. Thanks Aurels! Great customer service, great selection. They also did all my appliances when I first moved in.

This mom and pop appliance store might be in an out of the way place, but the prices are within range and available stock plus displays to choose from are quite ample! Even their delivery prices are affordable, considering the many miles they travel for their happy customers! ** We have purchased all appliances there and now many years later, we return to update the appliances to the modern day and remain grateful that the business continues to strive, survive and is still run by the same family! ** They pay attention to detail, are quite personable and only want contented and return customers! Queries are immediately answered as their sales reps are knowledgeable regarding the various name brands!** Those big box stores are not comparable to the awesome service from Aurel's much valued employees who might also be their extended family! From two contented customers who are delighted that this awesome business has met our every need & thensome!
