We are contractors and we visit this store quite frequently. Employees are helpful and very friendly. Moe has worked there for many here's and she is always there to help us when we have questions or have to place and order. She is always kind and courteous. Ordered a washer and dryer and delivery was scheduled for later that week which was great, and I was happy with how quick it would be. When they arrived to deliver, the guys immediately started complaining because it was in the basement. They banged the wall up taking the old washer and dryer out and then wouldn't take the new ones off the truck because they weren't going to fit. I had to go to the store so they could try to sell me compact apartment units even though they just took full size units out of my house. I picked out a different full size washer and dryer that was slightly smaller but the delivery guys didn't want to have to take them off their dolly so I asked to have them just brought to the house and I will get them in the basement myself. The delivery guys thought it was funny and joked how it wasn't possible. It took 5 minutes to get both down the stairs. It comes down to neither of them wanted to do work if it wasn't an easy roll in roll out on the dolly. 3 weeks later the dryer stopped working so I called to try to get it looked at or replaced and got minimal effort from Brian in appliances before he gave me a 1-800 number to call and said he would call me in a few days to make sure it was all resolved. I got the feeling they got their money and they didn't care any longer. I never received a follow-up call. Overall very unimpressed and will be going to Lowe's from now on.
