We're redoing our kitchen and came in over Memorial Day with my partner and kids, and George was AMAZING! He's knowledgeble, personable, funny, answered all my questions and put up with my kids who started off well but by the end were a little crazy. :-P He then was able to accomodate not one, not two, but three changes I ended up needing to make due to renovations being the way they are and unexpected things coming up, and he took care of all of that quicklky with no problems. Then, we went back for an additional appliance, and got to work with George again to pick that out. He just added it onto our exisiting order and when it came time to ship, he got it all set up with no problem. And then when things unexectedly got moved up with our reno, he was able to get our ship date moved up quickly. Everything went so smoothly, and that's all thanks to George! Long story short, I threw a lot of things at George, and he handled them all so quickly and easily, and all while just being a cool guy who wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want. He gave us the information and personal expereinces so that we could make an informed decision, and then he got us the best deal he could. Of all the people I've been working with on my kitchen, George has been by far the easiest and best to work with. This guy deserves a raise, he's awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for new appliances! Thank you so much, George!!

George and the Team were fantastic with helping me in picking out my new appliances. They were knowledgeable in the products but more importantly they were able to convey that knowledge in a way that I could easily understand. George helped give me the information I needed to make the best choice and for that I am extremely grateful! After Making the purchase The delivery and install team made the installation easy and efficient. I will definitively be back in for my future appliance needs!

Great experience at Gerhard’s Appliance in King of Prussia! The team was super helpful and patient while I compared different models, and they really knew their stuff when it came to features and installation. Pricing was fair, delivery was quick, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely my go-to spot for appliances.

My salesman Nick was so easy to work with. I only made one phone call to talk about Speed Queen quality and he explained what it offers and the warranty on the set. One hour later I drove in to meet him and purchased the set on the spot. He made me the priority even as the phone rang and other employees were working around the showroom. They let me feel and try the washer and dryer to be sure I like it. The delivery guys were also amazing and even felt bad that my set wouldn't fit. One complaint is the crazy phone system that uses a call bot to keep calling 6x trying to schedule my delivery that I already had an appointment for. They all seem very well versed in appliances. Luckily it was just a threshold strip that had to be removed and my new set is installed. 10/10 won't hesitate to go back next week for a dishwasher next. My washer and dryer are awesome!
