Absolutely best-in-class service again at Rozman Bros Inc.! We've bought several appliances from them over the years and what keeps us coming back is the service from the staff, and the quality of the products they sell. Will Rozman was a pro in helping me get the perfect chest freezer picked out for our home, full of knowledge about all the appliances on their show floor, delivery was seamless, and the unit is working perfectly. We recently made our third appliance purchase from Rozman Brothers, a new oven. As was the case with the washer and dryer we bought from them several years ago, we couldn't be happier. The sales staff is knowledgeable about their products and never pushy. We found exactly what we were looking for in their store and it was delivered within three working days. The installation went smoothly and we're cooking again! My wife and I are firm believers in supporting small private businesses such as Rozman Brothers. Another plus is that the products they sell are American made. In the event we need a new appliance in the future, Rozman Brothers will be at the top of the list.

I had an emergency on a Saturday my fridge had died unexpectedly, wanting to support small family business I called Rozman Bros, explained my fridge is warming and I’m buying a fridge. They had the exact brand and model I was looking for and explained I can be in my truck in 2 minutes with cash but I’ll get there 4min after close if they have it outside I’ll pay them and load it myself but I need it today. The “sales rep” informed me if I’m not there by the time they close I can come back Monday and they’ll load it for me but they have family waiting on them at home. My family’s food is less of a priority than 5 minutes of their time for a $2500 fridge, went elsewhere and I’d suggest you do the same. This was about a year or so ago so sorry for the late review

The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a pacific cooktop and he was more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. After going through several brochures we found what i was looking for. I like going to businesses like that better than the big box stores because they stand behind what they sell. It has been installed and I am very happy with my purchase. I would use Rozman Brothers any appliance purchase I need.
