DO NOT go here under any circumstances. We lease a washer and dryer set from our apartment that go through this company. Since we've had this set, our first dryer did not work properly and had to be replaced. When we found out Beez needed to come out, they told us a date and time period they would be showing up. They did not show up and called us to inform us that "other jobs went long", so they needed to reschedule us. They told us they would be out the next day. They also did not show up on that day stating that they ran out of time on jobs. When we were rescheduled, they finally did show up and replaced our dryer. At that time, they told us that they needed additional parts that they did not have with them and they would need to return to the store to get those parts and would be right back. They were gone for an hour and a half. To provide context, we live less than 2 miles from their store. When they finally came back and installed the dryer, we looked inside to see the lint trapped filled from whoever used the dryer last. They didn't even bother to clean it.
Less than a month after getting that new dryer, it began to make a horrible noise. We called to ask them to come service it, and they came out to fix the belt, only for them to tell us they needed to come back the next day to do some additional work on it. We were told that they would call us when they got back to the store to schedule a time for the next day. We never received a call from them. When we called and asked them to please schedule a service call, we were told they would come out today between 3 and 4, and no surprise at all, they did not show up. When we called to ask why they didn't come, they told us that it was our apartment manager's "lack of communication" and told us that they need to bring an entirely new dryer, and then had the audacity to hang up on my husband. We have been without a working dryer for over two weeks now, and there have been no active attempts from Beez to actually solve the problem. Not only are they unprofessional, they're exceedingly rude.
This business is poorly run and does not keep any kind of time period for deliveries and service. They deliver used products that not only look used but are of poor quality and look beat up. Their service is abhorrent. I absolutely do not recommend going here under any circumstances.
