The washer they installed for me does not properly work. No one answers the phone regardless of the time of day. When I went to the store I was given another number of the salesman to call/text. No one responds from that number either. Strongly recommend not purchasing a washing machine from them. The time and money you’ll spend to actually get the machine working, you’d come out better buying from a more expensive store.

I've bought multiple items from them, as long as there is nothing wrong with them, they are decent to work with. we'll I bought a fridge about a month and a half ago and still waiting on the handles for the doors. if you have a problem with anything good luck trying to get ahold of anyone there. I've called over 20 times just to get the run around.

At first I would have offered a better review... They worked with a company to get me a fridge for cheap when my landlord didn't provide one. But it only lasted a year and a half and when I asked for help fixing it, they immediately offered to help, took my info down and never followed up. I went in several times and spoke with several people who kept saying they'd be here the next day they'd call the next day, no follow up. My fridge then stopped working entirely and I asked them to just pick it up, they agreed several times, and never came or even called. I spoke to several different people on many different occasions - even being stopped in the street and on the bus by an employee apologizing and telling me they'd be there tomorrow, yet again. It has been 4 months and they've not come to pick up the fridge or even bother to call me. Just promises when I walk in to get me out, and then I never hear from them. Very shady and sketchy. There are no new appliances either. That's a lie.
