Down to earth, gentleman who helped us purchase a new washer. No sales pressure, just good explanations. No pressure to purchase, box store trying to sell, bells, bangs,and whistles with their appliances. Had to purchase 3 year warranty in box store, warranty included at Smith's Appliances. Shop here great service and didn't have to wait a week plus for delivery!!

This was our first time working with Smith Appliance. We were extremely satisfied. Our washer was purchased there by my mother in law who was living with us until she recently passed. We called them with not a lot of information and our washed stopped working. They answered immediately, scheduled an appointment for the next day and fixed everything on the spot with very little cost. Very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

I have used Smiths Appliance many times over the years and probably should have written this review a long time ago. When I need to purchase new appliances I can simply call with a description of what I am looking for and the knowledgeable staff quickly presents me with options and costs. When repairs are needed they are always able to provide a solution. The other thing I love about Smiths is they provide fair prices and are always honest. When you have appliance needs this is the place to go!

I did not actually go to their 'brick & mortar' building. I was able to accomplish all my research via a phone conversation and their website. The staff member with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the various product lines I was researching. Ultimately, I opted for a brand they do not carry so I did not buy from them -- this time. However, based upon the genuine, HONEST customer service provided by their staff, I will certainly consider them for future appliance purchases.

We needed a new dishwasher and Smith’s Appliance was there to help us! They were so easy to work with. They delivered the new dishwasher and installed everything. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. They even helped to fix a plumbing issue with my sink. They are reasonably priced and offer high quality customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase new appliances!
