Don's Appliances is a great resource when your refrigerator fails and you need a quick purchase/delivery of a new one. We had an excellent experience working with Nick Davidson in the Canonsburg, PA location. Nick helped confirm the correct size and identified what would work in terms of space and our style preferences. We ordered on the spot, and were scheduled for next day delivery. Arial and his partner, the installers, as well as the home location, kept us informed real time for arrival time; the installers' skill and expertise in installing and removing the refrigerators was top notch, they were so careful of our house and avoiding any problems in moving in and out. We recently had a Sub-Zero fridge/freeer combo and range hood installed by Don's Appliances and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The installation team was right on time, extremely respectful of our home, and genuinely great to talk to throughout the process. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly and the final result looks amazing. The level of service and communication we received overall has been absolutely top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, quality work, and great customer service so well. I have to report that subsequent to a house fire in 2022, I have struck up a relationship with Don’s Appliances since early 2023. With the exception of the first purchase of my floor-model range that I made out of the Cranberry office that had exceptional pricing, I have purchased all other appliances through Rob Sobek in the Cannonsburg store. I was given his name by my range hood designer. That may have been the best contact I have ever received for rebuilding my home. I have purchased no less than 8 appliances 7 of which were through Rob Sobek. He has taken care of my business so well, even correcting a mistake I made in a model number and mistakes made by contractors. I have never felt more attended to as a customer than I have been with Rob. The latest purchase was for a washer and dryer that I waited to order until Black Friday. Rob was quick to respond and thorough in arranging everything from order to delivery. I will disclose that there were a few snags with the delivery of the machines, but every single issue has been corrected and I am exceedingly pleased with the purchase and the installation. After nearly 4 years of working with building contractors and a former career in IT, I know that things happen. But I hold to the truth that it is how the vendor/company handles issues that sets bad from mediocre and mediocre from the top tier companies. They work until it is right! Don’s, through Rob’s direction did just that. The last task required a special installation team to come to my home and switch the swing of the dryer door to match the washing machine as they are stacked. The installers, Mike and Kala (and their son) are independent contractors. They arrived on time. They came into my home and immediately removed their shoes. They came back and assessed everything and were quick to even check things unrelated to the door swing. They were pleasant, thorough, attentive, and polite in every way. They, Don’s, and Rockstar Rob are worthy of my 5-star rating. I thank all for getting all of this done.

Don’s appliance is our “go to” for appliances. We returned there because we had a great experience getting a laundry washer when ours stopped working. So when our dryer went down we came back to Don’s. Our salesman, Jacob, was awesome in getting our dryer ordered (we even had to make a last minute change)and delivered next day. Delivery was great as well. Very respectful and made sure everything worked before leaving.
