Ross is my go to for appliances. It starts with sales . The gentleman are always so nice and knowledgeable. They don't pressure you to buy but know alot about the brands they sell. I was in and out, got a great deal and fast delivery. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. Ross continues to do a great job and go above and beyond!

Excellent service... had next day free delivery. Delivery men were very polite and efficient. Very happy with my new dryer. This is my second purchase with them and the first went just as smooth. Will be needing a new washer and refrigerator in the upcoming months! Thank you.

I did a lot of research on induction ranges and the final step was seeing one in real life. Ross was the only place I could find that had a functional induction range and they were more than happy to demonstrate. Met with DJ who knew a lot about these ranges. He provided a thorough demo, explaining everything clearly and bringing up points I hadn't thought of before. He provided his recommendation for what to buy with his reasoning based on his knowledge. He was utterly professional and never pushy. The purchase itself was easy and delivery was scheduled for the next day. I was informed by text regarding delivery time and the guys showed up within the delivery window. They did an excellent job removing our old range and installing the new. All was completed in 45 minutes. Very happy with the experience!
