Lisa & Mike at the store were lovely people to interact with and had all of the information I needed to answer my questions so that I could decide what dishwasher to order. It was great having them set me up with Weidenmann for installation because I was hoping to avoid a huge group of unknown subcontractors that might be hit or miss. Chris from Weidenmann came this morning to take out the old dishwasher & put the new one in, which also went very well with no problems. The entire process from stepping into the store to the plumber leaving after completing the job this morning was seamless with no unpleasant surprises. Thank you so much!

I tried to go the support smaller business route rather than the larger chains, but boy did it backfire on me. I purchased an appliance set and was provided a specific delivery date and time. A week later, not so much as a call from anyone from delivery or the business themselves. Several calls by me and I got nothing but the runaround with nothing to make up for the day I took off from work. Business must be booming for them to blow off a paying customer. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

Have relied on JECo since 2003 when we moved to the locality. The washing machine we purchased from them in 2011 finally failed after 14 years of performance, and Mike connected us with its successor, which, within a short turnaround from ordering it, was installed today. The men who delivered and installed it were friendly, competent, and on time--high satisfaction with JECo once again on all facets of the purchase. Will return to JECo again! If only JECo could prepare taxes, as well....?

We love our new appliances! Janie was very helpful with quotes and features of Jenkintown Electric products. Tim and Kevin were quick and efficient with the delivery - very nice, kind and careful. Bob and Lowell were friendly and knowledgeable with installation. The appliances really updated our kitchen...and they work terrific! It was a great experience!
