Working with Michael in the showroom was a very good experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted and he took us right to the product we described. Jay and Taylor just came to install. They also were very professional and easy to talk to about what was going on with the installation.

Courteous and no pressure Sales approach was most welcomed. We could wander and look at our leisure and as questions arose, our Sales person Jimmy was readily available. Purchasing and setting appointment was quick and easy. Confirming appointment and actual install was also a breeze. Installation person was really good. Very pleasant experience.

We’ve worked with the team at Standard multiple times over the years for appliance purchases and installations, and they’re consistently a step above the big box stores. Most recently, we were in a pinch and needed a new dishwasher. We initially went through Home Depot, but after a botched installation, we had them remove it and issue a refund. Within a few days, Standard had a trained installer at our home installing a higher-quality dishwasher—and the price difference was negligible. It’s easy to assume that going outside the big box stores will cost more or take longer, but that hasn’t been our experience at all. Standard delivers better service, better installation, and a smoother process start to finish.

I has a great experience from the beginning to the end. It started with the service provided by Glenn who help me choose the best washer and dryer for my needs, delivery was scheduled for the next day and the guys that showed up did we amazing took time to explain the process and made sure I was satisfied in the end. Jimmy was very knowledgeable as a salesman and we received A wonderful recommendation for our new dishwasher. Michael and Darrell were fantastic installers!! We were very happy with their service. They did an excellent job, so professional and very kind and friendly at the same time. We would definitely want them again for other appliances.
