Standard Appliance Inc

Jimmy helped me in the store and was very knowledgeable and friendly without being at all pushy. He then assisted me in getting the time slot that worked well for me 2 days later. The delivery guys were very helpful in letting me know EXACTLY when they would arrive. They were very careful with the install and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. I NEVER leave reviews but am now because I almost purchased from a big box store and I’m so glad I went with Standard instead.

Working with Michael in the showroom was a very good experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted and he took us right to the product we described. Jay and Taylor just came to install. They also were very professional and easy to talk to about what was going on with the installation.

We’ve worked with the team at Standard multiple times over the years for appliance purchases and installations, and they’re consistently a step above the big box stores. Most recently, we were in a pinch and needed a new dishwasher. We initially went through Home Depot, but after a botched installation, we had them remove it and issue a refund. Within a few days, Standard had a trained installer at our home installing a higher-quality dishwasher—and the price difference was negligible. It’s easy to assume that going outside the big box stores will cost more or take longer, but that hasn’t been our experience at all. Standard delivers better service, better installation, and a smoother process start to finish.

I has a great experience from the beginning to the end. It started with the service provided by Glenn who help me choose the best washer and dryer for my needs, delivery was scheduled for the next day and the guys that showed up did we amazing took time to explain the process and made sure I was satisfied in the end. I highly recommend Glenn in appliances and Standard T.V and Appliances

Jimmy was very knowledgeable as a salesman and we received A wonderful recommendation for our new dishwasher. Michael and Darrell were fantastic installers!! We were very happy with their service. They did an excellent job, so professional and very kind and friendly at the same time. We would definitely want them again for other appliances.
