Since Mr. Appliance OKC has undergone new ownership the customer service is unbelievably exceptional. You actually talk to a real person on the phone and the technician they sent my house was so respectful and kind. He even broke down the issue with my fridge in terms I could understand. Highly recommended.

We have used Mr. Appliance before, and service has been great. The most recent booking was a problem. We set an appointment, which was confirmed. The technician did not show, and there was no contact from the company. This is the first 'no show, no contact' I've experienced with a reputable company. We obtained a satisfactory repair from another company (which will be our repair provider moving forward).

I called these guys out to fix my dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Paid the $120 service fee for the guy to tell me that I needed to replace the drain port for almost $700 on a $450 dishwasher. Not only does the part cost $25 on Amazon; all it needed was to be unclogged. The guy never performed did the service. Definitely filing a report with BBB because they never did service; just came out to try and replace a part on a dishwasher that’s 14 months old. Sad part is the guy had his chair and sat in front of the dishwasher, did his diagnosis and never thought or made the attempt to unclog it. I thought it was a service call and not a replacement call. Crooks!

I payed them $133 with card fee 3% just to have their tech open my refrigerator door and tell me yeah. It’s the fan mounts that are out .And take out ice tray . Then we get to the part where he has to order parts and can’t just replace that one part have to get a whole bunch other parts . When all parts added up $695 dollars plus the $133 and it only takes an hr and half to fix from what he said . Absolutely ridiculous. You can order parts yourself on OEM appliance pro parts .com and go to FREDS APPLIANCE ACADEMY. And learn to fix it yourself. They have refrigerator repair , washer & dryer , dishwasher , microwave, gas and electric range . Saved you $100s of dollars and not fill like you was ripped off

Great experience! The technician was prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Maytag dryer. The heating element was replaced and everything is working perfectly again. Service was efficient, pricing was fair, and I really appreciate the 1-year warranty. Highly recommend!
