I just wanted to pop in and let you know that after Lowes royally screwed me on an oven purchase, Metro Appliances & More saved me (2022). My dad was coming in from out of state and I needed to replace my oven so that was in order while he was here. Lowes managed to botch my delivery and my refund (it was a nightmare). I called them and they hooked me up with the same oven range and had it delivered immediately without any issues. The two gentleman that made my delivery were respectful, kind, and professional. I always recommend Metro Appliances and More when someone is needing a new appliance. For the business: Sorry I waited so long to sing your praises! I greatly appreciated your efforts, efficiency, and customer service in my time of need.

Amazing customer service!! Our salesman was Andrew and our delivery & installer was Gary, both of them are super nice and helpful. I broke our washing machine a week before I am about to give birth. They helped us out at lightning speed with the best customer care I have received. This will be our appliance store for life! Big thank you to Scott, Andrew, and Gary. You really helped us out when we needed it most!

Would of been a higher rating from past experiences. However they stand behind most of there products. We had 2 celing fans go out and this is the 2nd time this happen. The first time we had no problem having the same type fans replaced. This time the lady that helped us was not like the expeirnxe we hsd before. She said they dudnt have fans as they were not department. Then when we went in they had some just not the same type or size. Then she wanted money to replace them, we paid but then they had no one to deliver or instal them. Before leaving i relized they did not have remotes like our previous ones did. She tried to say we did not have fans with remotes but we did both times they came already with the remote . I said you were not here back then she said no i wasnt . But if you want one you have to pay $50 for a remote. I asked cant er order like we had before. She said no. So as we were leaving caring the fans i asked how hsrd is it to instal fans. She said. Im sure you can look it up on intranet. We were not happy with the respone or that we had to pay for fans that were not the same quality plus for remote. When i hot home i looked up the remotethat she charged $50 for and it was $9.00 at Amazon. I could not believe . So we hired someone to put fans in the remotes would not fit in the base so we could not usr the remotes after all that. Vrry fisspointed. Now mind you ee furnished our entire house when we built with there store. What a shame. She truly needs to be beyter with customer service and the wY she treated and talked to us.
