Great experience and our salesman was fantastic! Thank you “Fred” for making me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase! The entire process from walking through the door to completing my purchase was very professional and everyone was courteous. It truly was a great example of a company that prides themselves on great customer service! I will be a return customer!

Purchase was fine but followup needs improvement. If a customer purchase an item sales staff should make an effort to respond to status inquiry updates. You really should tell customers you only order once a week. Paid in full and it takes another week to order? That delays the customer’s order delivery. Besides telling customers it only takes a week to 10 days to arrive. In reality due to the above it takes 2 1/2 weeks. 👎👎

We were moving into Woodlands Retirement Community when we found out from another local store that our bed delivery was going to be delayed. We were advised by neighbors to go to Big Sandy in Ohio. Audra greeted us warmly and turned us over to Cosby in the bed/mattress department. Cosby suggested several models and let us decide which was most comfortable. We decided that the “Purple” model was best for us. Cosby was a super saleswoman! We still had our U-Haul from our move here from MD and your staff loaded our bed into our vehicle and we were quickly on our way home! Please let Audra and Cosby know that their hospitality and understanding of our situation resulted in finding us the perfect bed and accessories we needed for a good night’s sleep! 😇😇

Jeremy at Big Sandy Superstore provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire shopping experience easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. I went into the store with some idea of what I wanted. washer dryer. not a lot of bells and whistles, $1000 or so. LG or Amana, something dependable. David was friendly, helpful. Listened to my questions, concerns. Helped me compare a few sets and completed my paperwork, got everything set up. I ended up spending a bit more, but with the setup and the warranty-I felt like I won the lottery! It's a great set for our new place and a pleasant shopping experience, too! Thank you so much!
