The entire process from walking through the door to completing my purchase was very professional and everyone was courteous. Purchase was fine but followup needs improvement. If a customer purchase an item sales staff should make an effort to respond to status inquiry updates. You really should tell customers you only order once a week. Paid in full and it takes another week to order? That delays the customer’s order delivery. Besides telling customers it only takes a week to 10 days to arrive. In reality due to the above it takes 2 1/2 weeks. 👎👎

I went into the store with some idea of what I wanted. washer dryer. not a lot of bells and whistles, $1000 or so. LG or Amana, something dependable. David was friendly, helpful. Listened to my questions, concerns. Helped me compare a few sets and completed my paperwork, got everything set up. I ended up spending a bit more, but with the setup and the warranty-I felt like I won the lottery! It's a great set for our new place and a pleasant shopping experience, too! Thank you so much!
