I recently bought a new sectional, I am very satisfied with the sectional however it was delivered almost 2 weeks ago missing a leg. I have called 3 times to check the status. I just get “it has been ordered” the last call they were going to contact the company to see if they could get a tracking number and call me back. No call. I was satisfied with my experience until now. Sadly I wanted to purchase another section to this couch but I don’t think I want to deal with Appliance Center may have to see if I can contact the company directly.

DO NOT SHOP AT ABC WAREHOUSE — AWFUL EXPERIENCE I’ve been without a washer for a month. Got a loan specifically to buy one, and on 5/1 I went to ABC Warehouse and spoke directly with the manager, Conner. He promised the price would include the stacking kit, delivery, installation, and haul-away of my old unit. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. Saturday: The delivery driver shows up with a bad attitude. He refused to hook up the washer, didn’t have the new stacking kit Conner promised, and never even took the washer off the truck. Total waste of time. I called to reschedule. The associate told me they had zero stacking kits in stock and would have to order one. I already own a stackable setup, but they refused to use my existing kit. Wednesday: Conner calls me saying there’s “a warehouse full of kits” and he has no idea why the associate said they were out of stock. We reschedule delivery for Friday. Friday: I’m getting texts about delivery time, then a call from Ashley. She says the delivery is only for a stacking kit — their system shows the washer was already delivered. It wasn’t. I called corporate to cancel everything. They said they’d refund my money “in increments.” I didn’t pay in increments — I paid in full with loan money. I can’t buy a washer anywhere else until they return my money. Summary: Lied to by the manager, lied to by associates, lied to by their system. Paid for a washer I never received, promised parts they didn’t have, and now I’m stuck without a washer OR my money. Save yourself the headache. Do not go here.

I bought new furniture and washer and dryer. So spent close to 5,000. I was told that there is a window of time for return if unhappy with the furniture. Not even 3 weeks later having issues and called to ask about return and I was told “ the manager said no returns” really? I will never buy anything from them again. Don't!!!
