I would have given zero stars if possible. Scheduled an appointment on Saturday for a problem with our washing machine. They said someone would be out Monday to look at it. On Monday I get a voice mail that they are not repairing washing machines in my area. This place was a total waist of time. I would not recommend using it to repair anything. Unreliable and descriptive!!

Service Technician Arrived within the window I was given! He was very knowledgeable about my appliance and was very thorough troubleshooting the issue! He informed me of the problem and explained the issue and gave me an estimate to repair my unit. I was charged the amount quoted for the service call!! Would Definitely recommend my service Technician to help any problem you have with your appliances.

The tech was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and had no problem taking our dryer apart. Something I thought would be easy but turned out to be quite challenging as it just wasn't like other standard dryers. He was straightforward and honest with me letting me know that it was a toss-up whether or not it's worth fixing our dryer, an older model for which the necessary part has been discontinued, or spending a similar amount of money on a new cheaper model. I appreciate the service I e received, I wood tentatively recommend their services to a friend as I only have one visit to base my opinion off of.
