I went in today to purchase a sofa. I knew what I wanted since I was there a couple of days ago and just needed to measure my home to make sure it would fit! My girl was Extremely helpful, kind and remembered me from the prior visit. That I appreciate! She was sensitive to my needs of exactly what I needed. Not only that she helped with all the sales, add ons and I did the mattress test (was not even shopping for a mattress) and got a free weighted blanket! AND I am disabled so she was so kind and carried the blanket out to my car for me! The manager heard that the matching ottoman for my set would not arrive until the end of July so he is trying to get it rushed to arrive THIS WEEK with the rest of my couch! Truly appreciate!

Im not one to leave a review at all, but this situation deserves it. The sales gentleman was very nice, but the checkout/delivery process was an absolute nightmare. We bought all in-stock product so we could have it soon because we had 0 furniture and had purchased a bedroom suit and sectional from them, they forgot about us i called a week later they finally scheduled us, forgot us again, rescheduled again for that following week. Delivery comes and they forgot a dresser so I call they say sorry and it will be here soon they forget AGAIN after a week of waiting, I call again to check on delivery and the woman on the phone was acting like I wasn't missing a dresser and argued with me for like 3 minutes until I asked for someone else bc its clearly in the posting with the 4 pc set they advertised and it was on my receipt, supervisor obviously confirmed because her tone changed when she came back on the line. As far as this location goes I would not recommend spending your hard earned money. 1 star for sales kid, and 1 for the furniture because it is good.

I really like the no pressure sales! We had time to look around and take our time checking all the options! Tara was absolutely wonderful to work with. She had answers to all of our questions! She was very helpful making sure we knew all of the options for what we chose. And everything we wanted was in stock! We weren’t going to get the White Glove Delivery, but the deal was so great, we took advantage of it!

I needed to get my washer exchanged after my old one malfunctioned, I was so stressed about the situation but everyone at Big Sandy were so chill and nice during the whole process of getting a new one picked out. The delivery was fast and efficient, the guys were courteous of the house and made sure not to bump into anything. Excellent services!
