Mr Appliance

unfortunately it doesn't give the option to give this place less than one star. scheduled a minor dishwasher repair then had them call the night before to say they couldn't come out so had to wait another week. then the work gets done and the bill seemed high, so waited to see the actual invoice when emailed to me. once i get invoice it just says "valve inlet........1 pc" Bill came to $380 including tax!! Having previously done research on place of replacement part i was not thrilled. Upon contacting them i was told the part was $70. A decent mark up on the cost of part, but that's understandable. What is NOT understandable and NOT explained with any clarity is why i was charged $290 for the guy to spend an hour hooking the piece up. There is no way that is a fair or reasonable labor charge. Needless to say i will NEVER be using their "service" again. I got screwed, but hopefully my story will prevent anyone looking into getting repairs on their appliances from being ripped off like i was.

Tom did excellent work on his repair visits to diagnose the problems with my Samsung refrigerator, explaining those problems so I could understand them, then proceeded in remarkably swift time to correct those problems. He was always very professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend him and Mr. Appliance to others who need appliance repairs. In addition, the cost of the services I received was significantly less than I had anticipated.
