Washer was worked on recently and they were knowledgeable, polite, quick, and fixed the issue that day. Also, had a part needed in the van so did not have to wait on an order which was really nice. Dealt with and bought almost all my appliances from Grove and would highly recommend! The only negative was a rude service department receptionist. Have purchased and had two things worked on in the last month so have called in 3 times to the service department. All three times she was short and rude which is unlike all other encounters I’ve had with Grove employees.

Thankful to Grove appliance for servicing and fixing my refrigerator. They were very quick to respond to my call and very quick to drive nearly an hour away to resolve my problem. It was apparent that relying on local repair was not an option. When I called them I was not sure if they serviced my area, but lucky for me they did. And they did not disappoint! They were kind, professional and efficient and they arrived as scheduled! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! 5 Stars *****

Did a brilliant and quick job! Luckily my job wasn’t too serious, dryer needed a new belt, but he was in and out in a Jiffy, had the belt on hand, and the service man in store even informed me when I called in that I was surprisingly still under warranty! Oh, and they were able to come put the day after I called in about it, very very pleased w the whole experience.

Once again Groves Appliance goes above and beyond with service. Our washing machine would not start. I called Groves for service Monday the serviceman was out on Wednesday and diagnosed trouble. The board needed was in stock at Alliance. The serviceman retrieved the new board and returned same day to install new board. This was a full size washer and dryer in a very small room. Keith and Allen did great work.
