Beware AI scheduling! I called for an appointment and was forced to communicate via text message. I was quoted $130 diagnostic fee for my first appliance with $75 each for the other 2 appliances I need service for. I asked for a morning only appointment, which I was told they can accommodate and I was told I would receive the 2 hour window for the arrival time the day before. I was all set. Then today I received a call from an unidentified number that I happened to answer. It was a live person from Mr. Appliance telling me that none of that was true. I have to pay $130 diagnostic fee for each appliance and they cannot guarantee morning only appointment. I asked if the whole text string was AI and the rep just said, yes and I'm sorry. Terrible way to do business, especially for a service that requires the homeowner to be at home. Your AI is worthless, Mr. Appliance. All you are doing is setting up your customers for dissatisfaction before you even walk into the home. Not good.
