Great business, highly recommended! I would have given six stars if the driver of your minivan had yielded to a pedestrian at the intersection and skipped the cursing. I understand anyone can forget the basics of NY Vehicle and Traffic Law 1151(a), which requires drivers to yield to pedestrians in crosswalks, marked or unmarked. But cursing at the pedestrian you almost ran over is an odd touch. This was on 8/13/26 around noon not far from the store. I would appreciate the owner having a word with the driver.

Jaime did exactly the job I asked for at the price quoted. I would highly recommend him and Larry the Locksmith to anyone, and I will use them again if need be. In the store, Sara took care of all my questions and walked me through the options clearly. No sales pressure, no rush at all. Jaime provide on-time service, cleaned as he went, took care to preserve my paint job while replacing both locks, even though he had to dig out the plaster-job by hand on my deadbolt. Because it was a super snowy day, he even had the forethought to take off his shoes before entering my apartment to not bring in dirt into the foyer. Professional and engaging, with no up-sell pressure. Loved the experience.
