The two gentlemen that brought the machine in and set the washer and dryer up on the pedestals were phenomenal. They even gave some pointers on what to do with the first load through the dryer so that any oils that burned off would not make those clothes smell. They took their time not to damage anything and it shows that they care about their job.

I walked into Marcella's in CP to pick out appliances for my kitchen remodel. Steve helped me right away and made the process seamless. I told him what I was looking for, my budget, and showed him my kitchen design. It was honestly one of the easiest "big ticket" shopping experiences I've ever had. There was a mix up with my order and the LP gas conversion was not made on my new stove upon delivery and they could not make the conversion on site, so the stove had to go back. Called and spoke with the manager and he made it right and got me my new stove before Christmas. The delivery guys who came out the second time were great, made sure there were no gas smells, all connections were tight, stove was working and well leveled. Thank you!
