Every part of this process was pleasant and flawless. We love the couch. It's beautiful. It's strong. Thenk you William for your nonpushy but knowledgeable salesmanship. The delivery man, Sal, was REALLY PRO because we don't have a garage to drop it off so he had to carry it up the porch steps to deliver it--away from our sprinklers in the grass. (Yes we tipped him for that.)

Very nice staff that respected my privacy to browse, but were available when I needed to ask them questions. Good assortment of what I was looking for. Holiday sales appear fair. However, I did not find what I wanted here in stock, but will probably buy a TV here due competitive with BB and sales rep went the extra mile to determine facts for my questions.

This review is my opinion. I have not been compensated in any way. This was our first experience with RC Willey. My wife and I came in looking for a powered sofa sectional. We looked at and tried several different pieces. We finally decided on a 6 piece 'L' shaped sectional. We set up a delivery date and it was delivered today May 19th. The delivery men brought in the pieces, unwrapped them, set it up and assembled it. From the time they arrived, until the time they drove away, they were friendly, and professional. They were done in less than 15 minutes which in my opinion is truly amazing! This has been a great experience from start to finish... Great job, RC Willey and team.

Granite coffee table was in the Utah warehouse less than 24 hours before I picked it up from the customer pick up at the Summerlin Las Vegas Store! Ralph Davis was friendly and very helpful to lead me to the area of the store where it was beautifully displayed. Everyone was cheerful and professional. Quality was premium and flawless. Next on my list will be an area rug. Thank you for the pleasurable experience.
