We were looking to replace our washing machine and the owner, Ben, found a great option for us. The price was a fraction of the big box stores and it has been working fantastic! Prices are so good that we’ll buy the matching dryer if one comes in, along with updating our other appliances. What a great experience, highly recommend!

Great prices and great service! My new dishwasher had a slow leak and Ben came out to fix it the same day. He also offered to exchange units if we couldn't solve the leak.

Amazing customer service! Delivery was great, Ben even left the dolly for us so we could easily get our new fridge in, and our old fridge out! We will definitely be buying our next appliance from them! HIGHLY recommend. Our new fridge is awesome, we couldn’t be happier with how everything went!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I got home from work one evening only to find that my fridge had died. Luckily, all of my food was safe as it was still cold inside but I knew I had to find a new one asap. Our very first stop was Discount Appliance in Mandan and I’m so glad it was! We gave Ben our measurements, told him some preferences and he knowledgeably showed us exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer our questions…but the best part, we showed up to the store within 30 minutes of closing time and he still managed to deliver our new fridge, all within the hour. He walked us through their warranty process, made sure we were happy with the whole transaction, and left. Truly, no other business in town, especially the big box stores, would have been as accommodating and fast. We’ve now had the fridge a few weeks and seriously love it! They had a ton of inventory in stock so we really feel like we were able to pick from a wide variety of options and didn’t have to settle for something that worked. The cherry on top, the price! We kind of feel like we stole it, in comparison to what the same unit would have cost at the competitors in town. Truly exceptional! Hopefully I don’t have another appliance emergency, but if we do, we’ll definitely go here first, again! Thanks again Ben, you turned a frustrating situation into a smooth process!
