It took 2 repairman to fix the dishwasher. The 1st repairman I would say was in a hurry, end of day. Failed to fix dishwasher. 2nd repairman came, days later and was able to fix. Such a waste of customers time. Too many add on charges that don’t seem applicable. 1star rating and have lost a longtime customer.

Serviceman was out, came back when parts came in. Worked on it, left but washer is still doing the same thing it did when we first called. Have called twice and left voice-mail. We are still waiting for a call back. We are so surprised. We have been a customer of Karl's for years and they have always been so good!!
