My husband and I stopped by about a month and a half ago looking for a dryer. I spoke with Scott (Always has a smile when greeting you) and I explained we have a large household. I even talked to him about my washer and things it was doing. I knew eventually it was going to give out and so I asked if they do repairs. With everything we talked about he was very honest, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and let us know they do repairs also. We bought a dryer that same day and it is working very well. Today I took my washer up there because it finally stopped working and Scott was there. I told him what it was still squealing and now it won't drain. We have checked everything we needed to check so we believe it is a wire issue at this point. Not to mention that it has holes in the bottom where the spin is. After discussing everything, I ended up buying another washer because the parts and repairs would have been just as much if not more. There is a lady (I didnt get her name) but she is also very knowledgeable and helpful and seems to care as well. I appreciate when a business has people that care about the customers and dedicated to their work.

I ran in to get a part for my dryer and the service team advised that my part appeared to still be functional. They suggested I try a different part because it was usually the problem. They were 100% correct. I absolutely recommend this company because they could have steered me into a more expensive part or even a new dryer. They were professional and respectful and I will use them for any future needs.
