Today my husband and I were so surprised how rude the man owner was . We were there to spend money . We needed a refrigerator . We wanted to do busy with a family owned business ! Not a big box store . With that being said in more ways than one we were told they had nothing , not one refrigerator that would work in our over 400k home ! We came home ordered a Frigidaire to be delivered tomorrow from Lowe’s in Shallotte , while at home online , so the big box store got thousands of dollars and the rude folks got none ! You all do what you want ! I would never do business with those folks ! Not sure how they keep the doors open . So sad this day and time when we try to shop locally and are treated like we were . Their dogs were the only friendly welcoming we received . May God bless him he is so unhappy !

Just spoke with Mindy. I got hung up on after a very fake “thank you”. I was simply asking a question about when they expected to get a particular model of washer in. She said 3 weeks, but then said she wasn’t sure when they were getting them due to them having been ordered for months and then being on back order. I was only asking how she could say three weeks, then not be sure. When you’re moving into a new home and need a washer, you need the person you’re buying from to give you reliable information so you can plan accordingly, not two different answers. If you don’t know, just say I don’t know. She abruptly told me I should try two others places and essentially hung up on me. If that’s how you handle potential customers, I can promise you you’ll never get my business. Mind blowing.

After a horrible experience with a big box store, we decided to try this independent local place. What a difference! From ordering, to delivery, to installation-flawless. They even processed our manufacturer rebate for us and arranged warranty service over a minor issue. I can’t recommend them enough
