I had a very frustrating experience with Bosch customer service regarding my dishwasher. My appliance has not been working for 4–5 months, and I have spent hours on calls with customer service trying to get this resolved. I was told by Manisha, who introduced herself as a manager, that the repair parts had already arrived and that they only needed to schedule a technician. Later, I was told by another representative that the parts had not actually arrived. I have also continued to send emails, but no one responds. My case keeps being delayed with no clear resolution, and it genuinely feels like no one in this company cares about resolving my issue. This has been a disappointing experience, and the level of customer service I received has been unacceptable.

Purchased a Bosch Benchmark induction range in December 2023. After the appliance failed, Bosch directed multiple service visits over approximately six months. Based on their technician’s diagnosis, I purchased a replacement control board. The appliance remained nonfunctional after installation and was ultimately declared irreparable. Despite the failed Bosch-directed repair process and extended loss of use, resolution has been limited to a discounted replacement offer rather than full remediation. Disappointed with how this situation was handled given the premium positioning of the Benchmark line.

Buyer beware of purchasing any Thermador appliance, with an emphasis on their ranges. We purchased an $18,000 Thermador range in 2019 with a gas stove top and electric range. The electric range starting making a beeping sound every hour or so and would re-boot to factory settings which makes you set the language & time again. It would also stop working in the middle of cooking something and reboot again. The fix, per the Thermador support team, is to turn the electric off at the power box to the range for 30 minutes at the power box then turn it back on. This would work for a few hours and then it would start the reboot process again over and over. I opened a ticket for a tech to come out and here is where it gets even worse. 11/5/25 - Tech (Gary) diagnosed the issue and could tell just by looking at it. Said it needs a software update but that requires new boards and screens. 3 parts, $1,700 plus $275/hr to install but he has done 100's of these as it's a known issue. Doesnt have parts on truck, will order and come back out. Note: I am hosting Thanksgiving at my house with w/ relatives flying in for it. No working range is a major issue but I figure a month to get it repaired is plenty on a common issue. 11/21 - Fri - New Appt - Tech calls (Not Gary) day of before appt to come diagnose the issue. I inform him that was already done and you are supposed to be doing the actual repair. He calls HQ and says he has to order the parts. New appt scheduled for Monday 11/24. 11/24 - Mon - New Appt - Tech calls, Gary from original appt, and says the parts have not arrived and wont be able to get them until after Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving comes and my neightbors were out of town and let me use their (Home Depot purchased) GE Range to make the Turkey. 26 guests over for Thanksgiving an each of them hear my horror story of Thermador. Let's just say none of them will never buy Bosh brand anything. 12/1 - Mon - No calls or messages from Thermador about repair so I call support, wait for 27 minutes and schedule service for next available on 11/5. Will update this as we near Christmas now..

Place is easy to find right off out us-70 exit 409. Check in at security was super fast and simple. They are really friendly at the gate and in the shipping office. No vest required. Slide tandems back when you are in here. I'm picking up at the shipping office, got me in a door fast. Not much room here for backing, especially when trucks are lining the fences. Now that I'm in a door the wait time to be loaded is long. 11am appt time, got in a door at 10:45am, still haven't been loaded currently 12:10pm got a red light at 11:30am. Expect to wait for a while at shipping.

I think we paid like $600 at Lowe's Home Improvement because we still believed "made in the USA" meant better. This is the second part we had to replace in the first 4 years. Yes, it's a quiet machine but these parts rusting out should be covered with a lifetime warranty. I have now invested another $150 in this dishwasher to keep it going and praying nothing else will go.
