Contacted MSA through HomeAdvisor Christmas night about my refridgerator problem and received a call from them at 8:00 the next morning. They were able to come out that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, they had to order a part so they repaired it the next day. Prompt, courteous and efficient. They had my fridge repaired but 1:00 that day. Their rates are very reasonable and the servicemen were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

They have repaired my dishwasher, washer, & dryer. All on separate occasions. Each time they were on time, polite, and they are very fair on their prices. You can't beat the customer service. Five stars, honest and reliable.
