Ben was the best, very professional and he answered every question and did an absolutely amazing job. I would give him 10 stars if I could ✨️. I am so grateful and thankful I found this company! After a frustrating experience with the first company sent by American Home Shield, our technician, Billy G, from Long Lane Home Services went above and beyond to help us. He quickly confirmed that our refrigerator ice maker needed a new part and even diagnosed our dryer issue during the same visit after we added it to the claim.
