Darwin was great...after a bit of a delay (it was a busy day) he got my mom and I all squared away with my mattress and an iron for my mom. And...when the iron didn't work correctly he replaced it no questions asked. Also, the delivery manager is very professional and she helped me change the date. Mattress delivery was perfect.

Doug was great and informative, explained aspects of installation on the over the range microwave. We were going to buy elsewhere but Doug's product knowledge and friendly service. Came back for a stove, and Darwin spent so much time with us, patient, kind. reviewed previous order and did price adjustments and set up our delivery. Darwin was the best. Thank you!

We have been buying all ourhome appliances and electronics from Doug Magill for years. He never steers us wrong. He is knowledgeable about all the products he sells and asks all the right questions necessary to get you the right product. He is patient and very professional. Today was no different.
