​Our refrigerator died on a Saturday night. We spent all day Sunday trying to find someone to diagnose and repair it, but after many attempts, we had no luck. (Word of advice: never buy a Hisense refrigerator!) ​After going days without a fridge, we decided to just replace it. We chose Art Handler’s because we were told they might be able to deliver quickly—and they did not disappoint. ​When I walked in, Mr. Ben Samuels greeted me warmly and was immediately ready to assist. He was extremely thorough, double-checking measurements to ensure the fridge I chose would fit not only in our kitchen, but also through our front door. After I explained our situation, Mr. Samuels spoke with the delivery manager and somehow made it happen for us to get the refrigerator delivered the very next day. ​The delivery team was equally incredible. Watching them work together and communicate to maneuver the old fridge out and get the new one up the stairs and through the front door was beyond impressive. Setup and cleanup went as smoothly as anyone could hope for. ​While most of the other floor staff at the store weren't very welcoming, Mr. Samuels, the delivery manager, and the delivery team completely exceeded expectations and saved the day for my family.

Emily my sales associate was amazing from the beginning. Super friendly and enjoyable to work with while trying to navigate getting a new dishwasher. She also gave me the best deal. I wish I remember who installed my dishwasher but he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was super careful while removing the old one and bringing in the new one. Nothing was left behind after he was finished the job. I would highly recommend this locally owned business before hiring another big box store to do the job.

The salesman Rich Tobias really was a great help. He was patient and helped us pick the best Refrigerator and Dishwasher. The delivery guys, Jame and Louis, were very careful bringing in the new and removing the old, setting up the new appliances and explaining how to operate. My second purchases from the store and very satisfied.

A+++ I am very satisfied with Art Handlers Appliance Center. Our salesperson, Greg, was extremely informative and took the time to research a stainless steel refrigerator that truly met our needs. The delivery technician, James, also did an excellent job—he was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the refrigerator’s features and general operation. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
