For more than 10 years, we’ve trusted the PC Richard & Son store in Watchung for all of our major appliance and electronics purchases, and they have never let us down. Mike, the manager, and Chris, our sales associate, consistently go above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. What we appreciate most is that they are never pushy. They take the time to listen to what we’re looking for, answer all of our questions, and make recommendations based on our needs—not on making a sale. They make the entire shopping experience comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free, which is something that’s hard to find these days. Our most recent purchase was for our outdoor entertainment space, and they helped us select an outdoor TV, a sound bar, JBL speakers, and a grill. We left feeling confident that we made the right choices because we completely trust their knowledge and advice. Their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service are the reasons we continue to return year after year. We won’t shop at any other PC Richard & Son location—we will only do business with the Watchung store because of Mike, Chris, and the incredible team there. I had a truly excellent experience at P.C. Richard & Son and wanted to recognize both Nature (salesperson) and Sharon (customer service rep) for going above and beyond. I originally purchased a stove and had to postpone the delivery multiple times due to my schedule. Throughout the entire process, Sharon was incredibly helpful and proactive—she even called dispatch while the stove was already en route to help coordinate everything. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated Nature was absolutely exceptional. He is not only honest and knowledgeable, but incredibly patient and genuinely invested in helping customers make the best decision. He took the time to explain options clearly, answer every question, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase without ever rushing or pressuring me. When I came back later to buy my air conditioners, he actually did additional research for me to ensure I was getting the right unit for my space. That kind of dedication is hard to find. What stood out the most is that he never once tried to upsell—he truly prioritizes what’s best for the customer, which made me trust him completely. Nature’s professionalism, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Combined with Sharon’s amazing support, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend working with Nature and Sharon!
