I had the pleasure to work with Joyce, who was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I called the store in Ossipee at 9:01 and Joyce answered. She asked me what I needed, took down all of the relevant information and said she'd get back to me. Twenty minutes later Joyce found what I needed (oven) explained all there was to explain and I was setting up a date for delivery ( 5 days) and they are taking my old oven. Last thing: the price of my oven was $200 lower than HDepot and Lowe's including the delivery and taking the oven. Thank you Joyce, what a pleasure you were. Carol

Hello there! This is not our first rodeo with Baron's of Ossipee. We bought a 6 burner Viking range and a dishwasher a few years back. This time, my wife and I were in need of a refrigerator for our guest house. I stopped in Wednesday and spoke with Krissy. I knew exactly what I needed and she helped me with my purchase. We like shopping local because the customer service is awesome! Krissy was even able to sweeten the deal a little. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Today, Saturday, was delivery day. I received a message Friday afternoon to let me know what delivery number I was on the schedule. I was able to keep track of the truck as it made stop after stop. I also received numerous updates. There were zero surprises with this delivery. I had everything ready for the crew and they took it from there. It took them less than 20 minutes to remove the old one and place the new one. I did have the old refer on the porch waiting for them. All I have to do now is register the refer online. God is good! We were blessed!

I have worked with Thad at the Ossipee Store multiple times since 2023, and he is fabulous to work with. I have purchased a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, stove and recently a dishwasher from Barons and each time, Thad has gone above and beyond to help me choose the appropriate appliances for my needs. He knows the products, is honest in his recommendations and opinions of them, and is simply a pleasure to work with. Barons is fortunate to have such an amazing human on their team, and I have repeatedly returned to Barons for my purchases because of him!
