They were recommended as I needed the gaskets replaced on my refrigerator. I had the GE gaskets and only wanted the old gaskets removed and replaced with the new GE gaskets. They were informed I had gaskets and when he got to my home he told they didn't fit even though they were the correct ones. He looked up to order on line but we're out of stock. I was then told he had 2 in his truck.
What did I know. He went down to his truck and brought 2 upstairs. He took off my old ones and put in his own. He charged me $300.
After he left my refrigerator temperature kept going up and called him later that night and told him temperature was at 60 degrees. The gaskets didn't seal. He said it would go down. The following day I called no answer. Finally 5 days later he contacted me and was in Florida. By now I lost all perishables in my refrigerator.
When he finally came back he was so nasty. He then asked if I wanted him to put the ones I purchased and said Yes!
He put them on and said he wouldn't be responsible I said I was fine with that. He took $100 off bill (over a month later still waiting for my refund) I also wanted a refund for the food I lost.
He was so angry, I had to call my brother as I didn't know what he would do. He grabbed his gaskets and was screaming as he was walking towards my door and said if anything happened to my refrigerator don't call him. I said I would not don't worry.
DO NOT use him especially if you are an older woman. I'm a senior and $300 is a lot of money. I had to replace all my spoiled food and am still waiting for my refund!!!!
