Marcella's Appliance Center

Excellent repair dept. Craig was honest and professional. This lead us to the sales department where we met Mike F. who was terrific and got our new product to us quickly. Then delivery with Dave and his partner they were terrific. The selection excellent the professionalism above board. We paid less with a better grade product and an extended warranty than prices at a big box store. Bravo to Marcella's and their entire staff.

As previously stated, in a review of our Marcella's experience, great service comes in many forms. Our relationship started when I experienced some difficulty with an appliance warranty on a dishwasher I had purchased elsewhere. Marcella's team handled everything to correct the problem. More recently, I had a potential problem processing the rebates associated with our complete kitchen remodel including purchases of an entire suite of Cafe appliances. Our sales representative, Karen, followed up with me regularly to ensure the transaction was completed properly. Noteworthy in any event but particularly appreciated since Karen began moving into retirement in May. Thanks to Karen and the entire team of delivery and installation folks. Josh and Skip are among the most efficient and tidy install professionals I've encountered. Great sense of humor as well. Thank you.

My parents bought all their kitchen appliances from Marcella. When I needed appliances, I did the same. My parents always spoke highly of this company. Years ago, I needed work done on one appliance. I called this company for help. They informed me that they had new computers, and had no record of my purchases. Wow. I guess loyalty only went in one direction there. Ever since then, I have bought all my kitchen appliances at Feiden.

I stopped in there today in need of a washer ASAP! My beloved clothes soaker crapped out on me. I have a household of 5, 3 males! That's alot of stanky socks and boxers. I never been to Marcella's before and decided to mosey on down, and boy golly am I glad I did! Sometimes in this world you come across unsung heroes. Everyday people who when given the chance to prove their amazing powers, Will rise to the occasion. Marcella's has such a man, Rafael Martinez. Although I suspect that's his alter ego. He made the process quick and painless in my time of need. I told him my limitations ( Which are many) but to this man of otherworldly powers and ability the task was minuscule. He found me the perfect machine within 20 minutes. I will return for all future appliance needs. THANK YOU Rafael Martinez!
