P C Richard & Son

My family and I have been going to P.C. Richard & Son in Rockville Centre for years, and we always have such a great experience! Steve H. is our go-to person and is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He really takes the time to help you find exactly what you need without ever making you feel pressured. We always know we’re in good hands when we work with Steve. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping there!

We had such a great experience at P.C. Richard & Son, thanks to Stephen! I’m not sure if it was Steven or Stephen however ! He was incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a TV for our living room. He helped us find the perfect TV for our space and also recommended the perfect surround sound speakers to go with it. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured and truly felt like he wanted to make sure we found exactly what was right for us. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the overall experience. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a TV or home entertainment system!

I had an amazing experience at P.C. Richard & Son on Sunrise Highway, all thanks to Jay! This was my first time ever buying a stove, so I had a lot of questions and honestly didn’t know where to start. Jay made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. He took his time explaining everything, helped me find the perfect stove for my needs, and made sure I understood what I was getting. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism—he didn’t rush me or try to upsell me, just gave real, honest guidance. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers make the right choice. If you’re shopping for appliances, definitely ask for Jay. He turned what could’ve been an overwhelming experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!
