We had such a great experience at P.C. Richard & Son, thanks to Stephen! I’m not sure if it was Steven or Stephen however ! He was incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a TV for our living room. He helped us find the perfect TV for our space and also recommended the perfect surround sound speakers to go with it. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured and truly felt like he wanted to make sure we found exactly what was right for us. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the overall experience. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a TV or home entertainment system!

I had a great experience at PC Richards in Rockville Center. I was in the bedding dept and Don was so knowledgable about the products and gave me time to think about what was best for me! He was very personable. Sean came over as the GM and was also quite nice and spent some time making sure he reviewed everything over with me! I will surely be back for more products!

I’ve bought so many things here and will always give them my business. I’ve bought AC’s, toaster oven, stoves, dryers, washers, tvs and fridge. Every salesperson is friendly and not pushy. Also before going into a store I always research my purchases in advance and know what items I’m buying. This time I needed a new dryer and had 2 in mind. Jay welcomed me , showed me the ones I was interested in and even looked up my phone number to see what models I’ve purchased in the past. He was not pushy and did not rush me either. I had to run out to add $ to my meter and call home for measurements to ensure the new dryer could fit in the stairwell. Jay was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I will continue to take my business to this location bc all staff are amazing, prices are reasonable (especially if using a store card with no interest payments) & delivery is hassle free. Thank you for always making my appliance shopping experience pleasant and stress free!

This was my first time ever buying a stove, so I had a lot of questions and honestly didn’t know where to start. Jay made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. He took his time explaining everything, helped me find the perfect stove for my needs, and made sure I understood what I was getting. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism—he didn’t rush me or try to upsell me, just gave real, honest guidance. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers make the right choice. If you’re shopping for appliances, definitely ask for Jay. He turned what could’ve been an overwhelming experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!
