Joe was my salesperson and answered my questions thoroughly, and when things became more technical, he brought in the manager Rich to make sure I got accurate information rather than just a sales pitch. What I appreciate most is that there’s never a hard sell. Despite being a large company, the service feels personal and approachable — almost like dealing with a small local business in the best way. That’s why I continue to make my purchases there. Highly recommend.
