Great experience getting a dishwasher. I did my research online and thought I knew what I wanted. The very knowledgeable sale woman Karianne, showed me the model I wanted, then showed me a far superior model that was actually a better price, and even free installation. Everyone in the process was easy to work with. Will definitely return for future needs.

Joe was my salesperson and answered my questions thoroughly, and when things became more technical, he brought in the manager Rich to make sure I got accurate information rather than just a sales pitch. What I appreciate most is that there’s never a hard sell. Despite being a large company, the service feels personal and approachable — almost like dealing with a small local business in the best way.
