P C Richard & Son

This is what they call a professional installation?? Some sheetrock and screws. Damaged the wood frame that was there already, which now looks awful, and took the old unit even though we asked them not to. Called them 5 minutes after they left with the old unit and i was told it was "already scrapped." I find it hard to believe that all happened in 5 minutes. Sales person was extremely unfriendly and downright rude when we called in to speak about the situation.

Needed a new television so went to go to my local PC. The General Manager Jonathan approached me to help me out. He was very knowledgeable with the products and led me to the proper type of tv i was looking for for my man cave. Hooked me up with a nice soundbar that fills my room perfectly. Also brought me over to the mattress dept to show me beds to save money. I didn’t need one but i did purchase a nice cooling pillow. Great job from that showroom and highly recommend to see Jonathan in that store for the best service

My husband and I have been coming to see Ali at PC Richard in Plainview for many years, originally referred by my father in law who has also been a longtime customer. Ali possesses a wealth of knowledge about many brands and is able to answer any question you have about the various options. He makes the research and purchasing process easy and informative. He is also a very kind man and always remembers personal details every time we come in. He is also fair and does not hesitate to point you in another direction even if it means he will make less commission. Always an A plus 5 star experience, we love Ali!! Thank you for always advising us in our best interest, you're the best.
