I came in here luckily right before the summer heat to grab an AC. I've never bought one before and had no idea what I was looking for. Chris was really kind and patient when helping me decide on which one to get. He was very informative on each option and really took the time to figure out with me which one would satisfy my large living room. Luckily he didn't let me forget to get the ac stand, which saves me a whole nother trip. The box was HUGE so I really appreciate him helping me load it into my car. The rest of the staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general feels very welcoming. I plan to go back in a few months when I replace my mattress.
