Wow, Amazing Service We came to PC Richard’s to buy a refrigerator. The sales person, Tarik, was fantastic. He showed us so many, explained differences and even found us one to fit our small space.we drove him crazy as our house doers would not fit the one we wanted. He never gave up on us. Joe, the manager was an amazing help too. He patiently dealt with questions and measurements, answered every question and even supplied us with a loaner fridge until new one is installed. He also,price matched nearby businesses for us. If service matters, Joe and Tarik are the ones. You want to deal with.

We had an excellent experience at PC Richard & Son in New Hyde Park today thanks to Igor. He was knowledgeable, patient, and completely no-pressure, helping us choose the appliance that best fit our needs. He also took the time to show us their impressive mattress selection, which was truly educational. We learned a lot and never felt rushed. Had a great experience purchasing my Samsung S95F TV and Samsung soundbar. The entire process was incredibly smooth, fast, and stress-free — I was honestly in and out within 20 minutes.
