Apparently they got acquired and no longer have any desire to take care of customers. Have been trying to pay them to do a repair they quoted us for. They keep saying they will call back to schedule and never do. Incredibly poor experience. No idea how they will ever stay in business when they apparently don’t want a paying job. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been waiting over three months for a simple refrigerator door repair. Emails were ignored, and even appliance vendor could not get a response from them on my behalf. After finally scheduling a service appointment, they canceled while we were sitting at home waiting for the technician, without any notice. I own a kitchen and cabinet business and understand that delays happen, but there is no excuse for this level of poor communication and disregard for a customer’s time. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

They came to my house for the dishwasher problem. They did nothing instead of saying that the drain hose has to connect to the pipe under the sink. We can’t use the one on the floor. And the representative refuse to send another one to come and fix it. If you want to get the work done, try to find another company. They won’t help you solve the problem, but make you feel more angry.

Had a known circuit board issue with Amana washing machine. This is a known defect and whirlpool has a special project to get the boards replaced rather than recalling. AVIN knows his stuf!. He replaced the board and gave us great advice on maintaining a washing machine. He told us about the correct/ ideal amount of detergent to use and how to correctly load the machine. Great, knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful service. He’s like old school techs. Thanks again. Whirlpool however…. I have lots of complaints. They had Ai answering my emails and gave the company the wrong contact number for the first appointment.
