I had an enjoyable experience at Orvilles's Home Appliances. I purchased a new microwave. It took longer than I expected to be delivered but that was ok because the microwave that we currently had was working fine. On delivery day things happened and the delivery was late but again ok. Late that evening I noticed some damage to the microwave since I had to leave for work right after installation. My phone to talk about the damage but that department was closed. You have 48 hours to call if there's anything wrong with the delivery, I took pictures went to the store to report the damage in person. The staff at the Greece store was very professional and understood why I wanted it replaced and after several phone calls I was told that the microwave would be replaced. Microwave was just delivered and it's brand new and not damage. Installation crew polite and professional. Overall I'm a satisfied customer

This was the most low stress buying experience I’ve ever had. Charlene was so knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t even put into words how great it was to have the attention I wanted when spending a large amount of money to purchase an appliance. She either knew the answers or could find them right away. No multi tasking. No searching for an associate. To add to this, setting up delivery was easy and the delivery people were polite and patient. I will be purchasing my next appliance from Orville’s.

Rob and Terry delivered and installed my new washer. They also generously removed my old washer for me. Both were friendly and professional. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done! Thank you so much! I would recommend Orville’s Home Appliances to anyone who needs a new washer, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

My partner and I went in the store at Henrietta to look and get pricing on a pet pro Maytag Washer and dryer. Both times we went in both store associates that we worked with were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer our questions and concerns due to the tight dimensions, slanted ceiling, and the stair layout. The second time we were ready to put our order in, it took a few weeks to come in and once they arrived Orville’s reach out to inform us they arrived and asked which dates worked for us with delivery. The communication from both the store and their delivery service crew was open and professional. The delivery guys were on time within the 2 hour delivery window and they were efficient, professional, and easy going. Both the store and delivery team were upfront about the process, taking the old ones, installing the new ones, and leaving us the packaging to take care of. I appreciate them being tidy with the packaging and setup. I highly recommend Orville’s in Henrietta!! Purchased a fridge Wednesday evening right before close. The salespeople at the Orchard Park location are never pushy, always friendly and very knowledgeable. Made my buying experience pleasant. They were able to get my delivery scheduled for Friday. The delivery guys came early, were very friendly and super fast. Took down a couple of doors and replaced when they were done. They were at my house for a total of 10 minutes. The notifications were on point as well. Great experience as always with Orville’s. They’re our go-to appliance store.
