I have mixed feelings about the store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but I ran into some issues with the appliances I bought. I purchased a stove and fridge, and after driving an hour home, I realized that the fridge was missing screws, so I couldn’t put the handles on. When I went to set up the stove, I found a broken screw in the terminal block at the back, which prevented me from hooking it up. It sat unused for two days. I called the store, and the employee said I could return it, but I’d have to load it myself and bring it back, which wasn’t feasible for me. So, I ended up buying a $30 terminal block on Amazon to fix it. I really wish the owner of the store would ensure they know about any issues with the appliances they sell. The worker mentioned it was discounted because of scratches, but I didn’t notice any scratches—it looked like new, and the problem was with a hidden part that made the stove unusable without a replacement.
