Bought a electric dryer and a washer. When items were delivered I realized there was no cord on the dryer and asked the delivery guys where it was I was then told I would have to buy one because they take them off due to the cords sometimes not matching the homes 220 line. I asked why this wasn't disclosed to be at the time of purchase or before neither delivery guy had answer for me besides the one lines not matching I asked could get the cord from the store and of course met with disappointment again!! I will never use this company nor refer anyone to this place ever I can not believe I spent 1500 in their store to be treated and disregarded like so!! I would have never bought the dryer if I knew it would come with no cord I would of just asked for one with a cord!! Never again
