I hate to leave reviews like this but this needs to be shared. Please avoid this GE refrigerator. It just turned 3 years old and has failed 4 times. The first 3 times it completely failed (no cooling) in the very first year. Yes I did not get the extended warranty. I was told I had the option at the end of the first year by PC Richards, but the repairman also told me that there was nothing left to physically change on it so it was pointless. So I took his advice. Fast forward to just under 3 years of ownership and the ice/water maker failed. I was told bluntly by Customer Service that without a contract I was out of luck. I have to come out of pocket now for something that’s obviously a lemon. I’m hurt by this because I’ve been buying all my appliances from this exact store for over 30 years. I always get the extended warranty on the wear and tear items like dishwashers and laundry machines. But a refrigerator…. I expected more than 3 years of reliable use. I specifically asked the salesman for something reliable. And this is what I get after being a customer of over 30 years. Thank you pc Richards. I expected better. See the model number and box of old parts I attached as proof of this claim.

I have been dealing with Chris M. at P.C. Richard & Son for the past few years, and whenever I need anything, he's the first person I go to. Chris is knowledgeable, thorough, and always stays on top of everything from start to finish. Most recently, I had an issue with a refrigerator, and Chris was extremely attentive throughout the entire process. Gino, the store manager, was also actively involved, and together they resolved the issue within just a few days. It's refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I highly recommend this P.C. Richard & Son location. Gino does an excellent job managing the store, and Chris is an outstanding salesperson who truly takes care of his customers.

Rob at PC Richard & Son in Bellmore was absolutely outstanding. I went in today looking to purchase a new Friedrich 15,000 BTU in-wall air conditioner and originally had a completely different idea in mind, but Rob really took the time to point me in the right direction and explain the differences, quality, and overall value. I’ve been using this PC Richard location for almost 20 years to furnish my home with appliances and electronics, and Rob has been there for what feels like just as long. He’s someone I trust because he’s knowledgeable, honest, professional, and never pushy. Rob helped me secure a great deal, made sure I was getting a quality air conditioner that fit my needs, and was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process that I ended up purchasing additional items as well. He was polite, patient, and clearly cared about making sure I left happy with the right products. Really great experience from start to finish. If you visit the Bellmore PC Richard & Son, definitely ask for Rob. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a Landry washer from Chris Mondello. He also sold us a dishwasher several years ago. So glad he was still there when our laundry machine stopped working. Both experiences with Chris were such a pleasure. Once you give him a price range, he only shows you models in that range and even shows you more affordable options. He went out of his way to make sure the washer would fit into our tight spot. I will always ask for him. Great store. Great experience.
