My husband and I have been coming to Plesser's since 2020. Its always a pleasure coming to a store that isn't just trying to sell you something. We came in looking for Adam and he wasn't in today. We spoke with Gerard and told him what we had in mind. He walked us through the showroom to show us the different options and then we came over to his work station so he can give us some options the store carries based of what we liked. He took the time to explain the different refrigerators we selected, from Thermador, Kitchen Aid and GE. We selected one and as we was not fully confident he took the time to show us more options. We took one more stroll around the store and that's when we found the LG which was a complete different style. Gerard was patient, friendly and best part was we came in with our two toddlers and he was so understanding to give us extra time to let the kids settle down. He offered us water and a toy for each kid. Plesser's is def the place to come buy all your home accessories and never lets you down.

I have purchased several appliances from Plessers and the product and service has been awesome. I needed a clothes washer today, and being comfortable with their team, I reached out and purchased a washer over the phone! Michael was very helpful and after a tel con discussing my needs , he sent me a couple of links showing the items we discussed. It was simple! I think the total purchase took 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks for saving me a trip to the store and providing an appreciated July 4th sale price!

My recent experience with Plessers was excellent. Attractive pricing and outstanding service..in my case provided to me by sales associate Michael Erhart. Michael is a model example of what a sales rep SHOULD be in today's marketplace but, sadly, rarely is. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, with a focus on accommodating the buyer and their individual needs.

Prior to ordering a Weber Stainless Summit Grill Center in May from Plessser’s I was pleased to hear of their 100-year history selling appliances. Unfortunately, that isn’t worth much since our experience included not one but two damaged grills at delivery and lack of follow-up by sales and customer service that we engaged Amex to dispute the $4k worth of charges. The final straw was their third party delivery carrier damaging our newly paved asphalt driveway. So two months later I’m still without a grill and left cleaning up the damage at my home. There appears to be zero quality control and a real lack of staffing within sales or customer service. We were left guessing about our delivery date that was missed by nearly two weeks. Look elsewhere or you will be disappointed.
