Bought a brand new wolf cooktop and it won’t stop clicking. They are making me work through a third party vendor to fix the stove. I literally had this installed 5pm on. Friday and was back in their store Saturday morning at 10am. Today, on Monday, the person that answered the phone is acting like it’s not her problem and was very rude.

We have been customers of this appliance store for at least 25 years and have always had the best “not pushy service”. Our washer finally gave out and in one week we had in our home a functioning new machine. The delivery and installation team just could not have been any better. The three guys were wonderful. We love Oberg and Lindquist. May they stay in business forever.
